Costa Tropical properties have never been better value and there are some great properties out there, but how best to find them?

Since the recession hit Spain over half the estate agents have closed down due to lack of sales. Why is this when there are still plenty of potential buyers?

The reason is that they could not adapt to a new way of selling. Most agents ran through shop front premises with listings shown in windows (like the UK) and a website full of hundreds of properties, most they had never seen or were not really for sale due to poor paperwork or the seller not even knowing the property was being advertised. This worked because there were so many property buyers that the numbers worked. It was so easy it was like shooting fish in a barrel. Now though the shop fronts have closed and the Internet is the tool of choice. Websites have sprung up with hundreds, sometimes thousands, of properties listed, most not actually buy-able properties, but the website looks good with loads of properties listed.

We have decided this is not the way forward. This site is here to promote the sale of privately owned, unique properties in the Costa Tropical region of Andalucia. This site is run solely for the benefit of the the property owners who have properties listed with us.

We are not estate agents or developers.  This site exists solely to put together discerning buyers and genuine sellers.  Where possible you would be shown around the property by the owner themselves or in some cases where the owner is not available, your viewing would be arranged through a friend or relative who is equally as knowledgeable about the property as the owner.  Most of the sellers of these unique properties actually know each other well and this is why this new way of selling works.  We are here just to sell our properties, nothing more, nothing less, but the fact that we all know and like each other helps make this work all the better.  A new, fresh approach.

We all own these unique, fully legal, properties and are looking to sell them in the most honest and upfront way possible.  If you make an enquiry regarding a property it will be the property owner you will have contact with, no middleman, no hidden agendas and no bull****.

We will only promote properties of interest, that are for sale and properties that are priced to reflect the current economic climate.  We all would like to sell our properties for various reasons, some were bought as investments, some are family properties and their circumstances have changed and some people wish to return to their home country.

What we will not do is to have lists and lists of ruins, land and overpriced developer run apartments.

We are promoting properties only in a specific areas as we know the areas very well and can advise and answer any questions you may have. Our knowledge can make your purchasing decision easier.  We can tell you about schools, shops, doctors and all the facilities for the areas, we live here currently.  If you have a question, ask us.

We list properties based in Albondon, Albuñol, La Rabita, Castell de Ferro, Gualchos, Lujar and inland areas such as Rubite and Polopos.  We have coastal properties and rural properties in protected national parks.

Some of our properties even come with an income stream built in either through rentals for accommodation or through other business being run from the premises such as guest-houses or bars.
